What is Polyaspartic Polyurea?

Polyaspartic polyurea is a category of polyurea, representing the third generation in its development. Over the years, polyurea materials have evolved significantly, leading to the development of three generations: aromatic spray polyurea (first generation), aliphatic spray polyurea (second generation), and polyaspartic ester polyurea (third generation).

Polyaspartic polyurea is a new type of two-component, slow-curing, highly weather-resistant polyurea material. This technology has been applied in the European and American markets for nearly 15 years.

Polyaspartic Polyurea as an Eco-Friendly Material

1. High solid content, low VOCs, or solvent-free.
2. Low-temperature curing without baking.
3. Rapid curing and thick coating application can reduce the number of construction cycles.
4. More than 90% solid content in construction can exempt it from outdoor unorganized emission collection; thus, resulting in less wastewater and exhaust gas.
